Welcome! I am an Assistant Professor of Empirical Corporate Finance at Ludwig-Maximilians-University (LMU) Munich. I have been a visiting scholar at the finance departments of UCLA Anderson and HKUST Hong Kong. I received my doctoral degree from LMU Munich. Read more here.

My research interests are in empirical corporate finance including capital structure, private firms, going public/going private decisions, and behavioral corporate finance. I am also interested in panel data econometrics and textual analysis. Read more here.
